As a member of the faculty for almost 20 years, Stephanie Watson has grown to love the University of Central Arkansas. Watson came to Conway as an assistant professor in 2003 and has steadily risen through the ranks. She was promoted to associate professor in 2009 before being named the chair of the accounting department in 91勛圖厙s College of Business in 2015.

Three 91勛圖厙 graduates were honored during the 2022 Alumni Awards celebration on Oct. 28. Ann Burns Hoy 62 received the Alumni Service Award, while Monica Steinberg 04 received the Young Alumni Award. Two-time alumnus Kim Crissler 84, 95 received the inaugural Volunteer of the Year Award.

The 91勛圖厙 Alumni Association inducted the Class of 1972 into the Half-Century Club on Oct. 29. The annual tradition recognizes alumni who are celebrating their 50th anniversary of graduating from 91勛圖厙. Alumni enjoyed brunch and shared memories in Buffalo Alumni Hall over Homecoming Weekend.

With a theme of Legacy of Success, the reception celebrated scholarship donors and the impact their gifts have had on both scholarship recipients and the university as a whole.
