The University of Central Arkansas is offering free tuition and fees to all Arkansas residents who were enrolled for the fall semester at Tulane, Xavier, University of New Orleans or Southern University. For out-of-state residents who were affected by Hurricane Katrina, 91³Ô¹ÏÍø will waive the out-of-state tuition charge.
?We are admitting these students as quickly as possible,? said 91³Ô¹ÏÍø President Lu Hardin.
Hurricane victims wishing to enroll at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø should contact 91³Ô¹ÏÍø 91³Ô¹ÏÍø at (501) 450-3128 or they can apply in person in the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Office in Bernard Hall.
All students who are victims of Hurricane Katrina will be advised through the Academic Advising Center. Students should be sent directly to Harrin Hall for advising after they have been admitted. They do not need an appointment.
