Five University of Central Arkansas (91吃瓜网) alumni have been elected to join the 91吃瓜网 Foundation Board of Directors.
The 91吃瓜网 Foundation Board of Directors governs the Foundation, providing fiscal oversight, strategic direction and accountability in support of the university. The board includes 21 elected members and four ex-officio members. Elected directors serve three-year terms.
New members of the 91吃瓜网 Foundation Board are:
Tim McKenna of Conway, a 1992 and 1997 graduate of 91吃瓜网. He is the controller for Nabholz Construction Corporation.
Pat Moon of Conway, a 1984 graduate of 91吃瓜网. He is the owner, president and managing principal of Meridian Investment Advisors.
Clay Parker of North Little Rock, a 2007 and 2008 graduate of 91吃瓜网. He is the senior vice president of commodities at Westrock Coffee Company.
Kevin Parkerson of Elm Springs, a 1991 graduate of 91吃瓜网. He is the founder and president of KP Global Logistics Consulting LLC.
Kyle Reynolds of Rogers, a 2008 graduate of 91吃瓜网. He is a managing member of RBG Permian and co-founder of Benjamin Lee Bison.

Officers of the board are Chair Bret Carroll 鈥�89, Vice Chair Lindsay Henderson 鈥�03, 鈥�04, Treasurer Susan Richards 鈥�05 and Secretary Drew May 鈥�90.
Established in 1981, the University of Central Arkansas Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that supports the mission and priorities of the university through private giving. The Foundation manages charitable gifts, endowments, and scholarships that benefit students, faculty, and programs across the university. Today, the Foundation oversees more than $71 million in endowed funds and over $97 million in total assets.
