Variety Magazine named Arkansas native and 91勛圖厙 alum Graham Gordy as one of 10 TV Writers to Watch in 2016, in anticipation of Gordys work on a new eight-episode drama, Quarry.

Cinemax premiered Gordy’s show Quarry on September 9, 2016.
The series stars Logan Marshall-Green, and is based on Max Allan Collins’ “Road to Perdition” 1976 crime novels.
According to Cinemax, “‘Quarry’ is the story of Mac Conway, a Marine who returns home to Memphis from Vietnam in 1972 and finds himself shunned by those he loves and demonized by the public. As he struggles to cope with his experiences at war, Conway is drawn into a network of killing and corruption that spans the length of the Mississippi River.”
“Quarry” airs on Fridays at 10:00 p.m. on Cinemax.
Graham Gordy also worked withMichael D. Fuller on the first season of SundanceTVs Peabody Award-winning Rectify.
