Checklist for Summer Registration Appointment:

Please bring the following documentation with you to your student’s Summer Orientation and Registration appointment.

  • 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Acceptance Letter
  • Student’s Social Security Card
  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Student’s Immunization Records
  • Test Scores (ACT/SAT)
  • Accuplacer Exam Results (if needed)
  • Documentation for Concurrent Credit (official transcripts from the college or university where credit was awarded)
  • Documentation for AP Credit (official score report from )
  • Official Transcripts of any college classes your student has taken
  • Scholarship Requirements
  • Veteran Benefits (Military Service members please click here.)
